The ‘'Morocco Responsible Tourism Awards”
The ''Morocco Responsible Tourism Awards" are designed to enlist the Moroccan travel industry in sustainable development by ensuring the preservation of Morocco's unique assets: its natural environment, population, values, culture and traditions.
One objective is to recognize and promote tourism entities that have taken the lead in responsible tourism, by highlighting their contributions and by encouraging new endeavors and responsible projects.
Capacity building seminar for 60 Green Key labeled tourist accommodation establishments - Tuesday January 24, 2012 in Marrakech
The Mohammed VI Foundation for Environmental Protection (FM6E) chaired by Her Royal Highness Princess Lalla Hasnaa, has organized an informational and collaborative seminar on January 24 starting at 9 am at the Golden Tulip Farah in Marrakech. The seminar is for Green Key award winners and is organized in partnership with the Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT).
Convergence between « Green key » and « Eco Schools » programs

The aim of the Key green and Eco-schools programs developed by the FM6E is to rise the environmental culture through the daily activities of schools and hotel owners.
